- Remove existing single glazing
- Retrofit new Fineo vacuum glazing into existing sashes
- Change cords and re-balance weights of existing sashes
- Draft proof the existing sashes
- Replace existing ironmongery with new brass lifters, pulleys and rings
- New AGC Fineo vacuum double glazing has a U-Value of 0.7 compared to old single glazing 5.8

Replace old sashes with new sashes:
- Remove the existing old timber sashes (2 per window)
- Retrofit new timber hardwood sashes (accoya / sapele) containing all new Fineo vacuum glazing
- Replace cords, re-balance or replace weights
- Replace existing ironmongery with new brass lifters, pulleys and rings
- New sashes will be primed (two coats) and with a painted finish in your choice of colours
- New AGC Fineo vacuum double glazing has a U-Value of 0.7 compared to old single glazing 5.8
